1. Participation
Creators and dedicated Growth Partners use the same referral system. Participation requires an active account, acceptance of these terms, program approval, and accurate payout information. Collab Current may place participation in pending, active, paused, or disabled status.
2. Attribution
The first valid referral accepted before a new brand creates its profile normally wins. Attribution is stored as a lifetime brand-to-referrer relationship by default and is not casually overwritten. The relationship continues when the brand hires different creators and can generate commission from each eligible future campaign funded by that brand. Existing brands, self-referrals, duplicate or controlled accounts, false identities, and manipulated signups are not eligible. Administrators may correct an attribution only for documented error, abuse, or fraud, with an audit record.
3. Eligible commission
Commission equals the eligible platform fee actually collected by Collab Current multiplied by the referral rate stored for that transaction. It is not taken from creator compensation and does not add a hidden fee to the brand. Rates, eligibility rules, holding periods, and minimum payout thresholds are configuration-driven and may change for future transactions.
A valid referral may also attribute a new creator to the Growth Partner before that person creates an account or creator profile. If that creator later completes and receives payment for their first eligible Collab Current campaign, the Growth Partner may receive one Creator Activation Reward. The reward is calculated from the platform fee collected for that first campaign, is subject to the configured rate and maximum, and is never deducted from creator compensation. It is paid only once for that creator and does not create multi-level rewards when the creator refers someone else.
4. Commission states and reversals
Commission may appear as pending, earned, available, paid, reversed, or cancelled. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud, duplicate payments, or reversed transfers may reverse or cancel related commission. Collab Current may hold an amount while the underlying transaction is under review. Historical records keep the rate and amount originally used.
5. Payouts and taxes
Available commission is paid through a payout-ready Stripe Connect account after operational review and any configured minimum is met. Stripe timing and verification requirements apply. Participants are independent and responsible for reporting and paying their own taxes. The program does not guarantee referrals, revenue, or income.
6. Lawful promotion
Referral links must be promoted honestly and without impersonation, misleading claims, paid-search abuse, cookie stuffing, or spam. Commercial email and messages must comply with applicable consent, sender-identification, and unsubscribe rules. Any material connection to Collab Current must be disclosed clearly where required.
7. Information and confidentiality
Growth Partners receive only the brand, attribution, platform-fee, and commission information needed to understand their own activity. They must not seek or disclose confidential campaign, creator, or payment information.
8. Suspension, termination, and contact
Collab Current may pause or disable participation for risk, abuse, legal requirements, or breach of these terms. Valid accrued commission remains subject to refunds, disputes, verification, payout minimums, and applicable law. Questions may be sent to collabcurrent@gmail.com.
